This means you will need to apply for Building Regulations Approval.

Your Building Regulations package will not only serve as a set of details to submit for approval, but they will also be used by your builder to construct your extension so they have a great deal of importance, and the need for them to be accurate is very important.

Building Regulations packages do however vary. Depending upon the type and size of the work being carried out will dictate the amount of information required. In some cases, additional information will need to be supplied by a specialist consultant.

These consultants, be it for structural engineering or heat loss calculation and energy assessment, can be either recommended by you or one of our partnering consultants.
